Topshop- marketing questions

We were put in groups according to which brand we had researched on. In these groups we started to think of ideas and strategies on how we could approach our research in store, by asking a variety of questions.

Questions for the customers 

- Do you think ethical issues should be put at the front of the store

- Would you buy ethical products

- Would you continue to shop here if you know how much people were being paid to make the clothes

- How do you think this store could improve

- What are your opinions on the pricing

- Are you aware at how fast fashion impacts the environment

Questions for Workers

- How often do they change window displays at each store?

- How much do you know about how the products are sold at Topshop

- Do you think you are paid a fair wage

Questions to ask the competitiors

- Do you think Topshop is more or less ethical than other high street brands

- what are your opinions on Topshop as a whole eg. pricing, ethics 

These questions gave the group a guideline on what to ask instore.
