SURVEY MONKEY FEEDBACK
The purpose of this survey was to gather information on what people's perception of Topshop. The survey's main focus was based on sustainability and whether the brand is ethical.
From the 100 responses for the survey, 65 people said they were aged between 18-24 with 12 people saying they were between 25-34. In terms of pricing, 51 people said the pricing at Topshop depended on the product where as 25 people said it was too expensive and 18 people said it was reasonably priced. This information helped me with moving my project further as I was able to gather an idea of how I want to take my research into the brand further. From a sustainable aspect 74 people said they don't consider Topshop eco-friendly, sustainable nor an ethical brand. Also 92 people said they didn't know about Topshop's reclaim to wear collection. With 97 people saying they should develop an ethical approach by making their lines more accessible.
