LONDON OXFORD CIRCUS

As part of my primary research I went to London to visit their flagship store in Oxford Circus. The Topshop store is the biggest one in the world with 3 floors and around 90,000 square ft. The store has 'one of a kind' shopping experience. When visiting the store there was a blow dry bar, nail bar, brow bar, piercing salon and personal shopping experience. There were also some food and drink services such as Benugo, Lola's cupcakes and Bubbleology. I found when entering the store the entrance was clear and the displays outside had good visuals that represented the brand. Throughout the store there were many concessions for example Gypsy shrine and Quay Sunglasses. I found that the displays and stands were neat and tidy. From my research I understand that more hughstreet stores are introducing a beauty collection to their stores especially Topshop. The beauty stand in Oxford Circus was modern and eye-catching, it also included not just their brand but other beauty brands, this helped draw customers in and widen their audience, as some customers might go their for a particular brand they struggle to find in other retail stores.
